Jackson Comes Home!

We were released from the hospital today and we made our first trip home with baby Jackson! So far, he is doing a lot of sleeping and eating! He definitely likes to be comfy like his parents. He doesn't like it when a light shines on him and he puts his hands over his eyes. It is especially hard for him becuase everyone wants to take picutres of him and he squints every time!

Jackson Robert Boldrey Has Arrived!

We would like to welcome Jackson Robert Boldrey to our family! After being in labor from 12:30am-2:30pm, we finally got to meet the baby that has been flipping, turning, and kicking his mommy for the past several months! He is 6 pounds 2 ounces and is 20 inches long. Here are a few pictures:

Baby Shower Feb. 28th 2009...

Here are some pictures from our baby shower on Saturday Feb. 28th! everything was so cute! As you can see, we got so many presents we were worried there wouldn't be enough time to get them all opened. Thanks to Jimmy, Amy, Lori, Jackie, and Shannon helping out we did get them opened with a little time to spare. All of the gifts are in Baby Boldrey's roomand ready to go. We came back here after the shower and washed/organized everything. Thank you Amanda for all of your mommy advice after the shower with what everything was and what to do with all of it. Without it, I would have been much more overwelmed! Oh, and thanks again to Amy and Lori for throwing such a fun and successful shower for Baby Boldrey. We are so lucky to have all of our family and friends here for us at such an exciting time!!!

Paintings thats Auntie Lori painted for the baby. She worked so hard on them and they are so precious. My favorite one is obviously the monkey on the swing. I vote for Lori having an Art Show that we can all go to. She usually doesn't tell anyone about them and her work is so amazing!

32 Weeks or 53 days

32 1/2 Weeks!!!

We went to the doctor today and got to get another ultrasound done. Honestly, it was the highlight of my day! We found out that Baby Boldrey has "a lot" of hair already on its head. We were laughing because the ultrasound tech was showing us the hair and he had no idea that we had always suspected having a hairy baby, haha! Hairy baby confirmed! They also told us that the baby is 4lbs. 6oz. so far. That is big!!! The head is down and feet up, which is why I have been getting my butt kicked in my right rib lately. The other night I thought for sure that the baby had done some serious damage. I can tell the baby is getting curious and a little bored in there because there is so much kicking and flipping. I hope you like my other pictures, I just thought I would include some other photos with me in something other than comfy clothes:) Happy Valentine's Day.

I am finally feeling better after a brutal sinus infection this past weekend. (At least I think it was that) It was the first time I have been sick since being pregnant. Now I just have to keep up with the constant nose blowing, haha. We have another ultrasound on Valentine's Day. By then I will be 32 weeks!!! I will keep you updated and I hope everyone is doing good, counting down the days until spring when the snow is FINALLY over!!! Thanks Kelly for joining, your comments encouraged me to post today:)

This is just some of the paint and random stuff we are doing! Jimmy really is doing a great job while I TRY to help, haha





Today I am 30 weeks! The crazy thing about it is that there are only 10 more weeks left to go. Can you believe it?!?!?! We have been busy around here starting to prepare for the baby. Jimmy put the crib together Sunday night and has painted most of the condo back to neutral colors. For those of you who have been here, the shit room is completely transformed into an empty room with a crib and neutral light brown paint, AND NO MORE CLOUDS!!! You will see some of this in the random pictures we decided to take. I also started to do pilates a couple of weeks ago and like it alot. I do it everyday during the week and slack on the weekends, oops! We have a check-up this Thursday the 29th at the doctor so I am going to ask about how the baby is positioned. He/she is very active and I can't help but be curious where the head, hands, and feet are at right now. I hope you all have a good rest of the week and maybe we'll see you this weekend at one of our parties:) (Amy and Lori's birthday party Friday, Happy Birthday!!!
